Styling For Real Estate

Preparing your home for sale is called staging or styling for real estate. The process of depersonalizing, decluttering and creating a positive traffic flow in your home achieves a neutral ground in order to attract a diverse audience of prospective buyers. It doesn't hurt to add a few new pieces of furniture and fresh accessories to help a buyer to fall in love. First impressions are critical - so make yours unforgettable!

After our initial call, we will schedule an in-person or virtual appointment to tour your space and establish your goals. This can be accomplished in a 1-2 hour consultation. 
 
The Plan
An outline of cost and view of the logistics will be presented to you for your approval. Once you sign off, you are welcome to participate in the process as much (or as little) as you like.  
 
The Magic
Anita Wilson Design provides everything you need:
Colour palettes, space planning, lighting, furniture selection, window treatments,
area rugs, art and accessories.
 
Anita Wilson and team will take care of the final touches by styling everything into place with meticulous attention to detail, leaving your space ready for you
